RO Bypass means an RO system is depleted during peak periods and there is a potential issue with system sizing or a component failure.

Our bots measure Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) variability.  We logged severe TDS variability  - indicating hard water was entering the system for significant portions of each day.

Intermittent hardness exposure adds up.  Customers  wonder why they have a scaling issue and service calls when they have "RO".  Real time monitoring is a must to keep up with real-world demand as we see with this application.

We recommended a Ca / Mg / GAC mineralizer filter which stabilized the taste profiles required by Press's head roaster. .
